Do you need a trusted partner to
help uncover possibilities for your team?

Sometimes all we need is a fresh perspective to unlock potential for positive change. Through a collaborative process, together we can harness the best of "what is"—evidence from the past and present—to grow the best of "what could be" for future decision-making.

Here are a few ideas for partnership:

Research & Analysis

The leap from research to practice is ever more critical in today’s global health environment. I gather, analyze, and interpret complex qualitative data to inform decision-making and strategic direction for people, programs, and organizations.

Perhaps you need a proof of concept to showcase efficacy to donors or investors. Or maybe evidence is needed to creatively discern the way forward for your initiative.

My strategic and innovative approach allows for nuanced data to emerge in the midst of complexity and fragility. Through rigorous analysis and translation, these data turn into actionable insights that serve to improve process and optimize results.

Data-informed decision-making allows for continual quality improvement among humanitarian and development interventions, organizational strategies, and institutional priorities.

Training & Facilitation

Group processes can flop or fly, depending on the approach. Participants are unlikely to coalesce around an idea—even a great one—if they are confused, frustrated, or bored. How we begin our time together sets the tone for “lift off”, group engagement, and overall collective learning.

My strengths-based approach begins with the end in mind. Positive questions lead to positive change. Furthermore, words create our worlds: We have power in collective processes to create the reality that we hope to see.

Whether in a teaching or facilitating role, my style and approach allows for new ideas to emerge from creative spaces, often spaces that no one knew existed. These methods are highly participatory and utilize activities that both excite and motivate participants to move outward into action, leveraging newly inspired ideas that facilitate transformation.

Collaboration

“If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.” This African proverb rings true now more than ever. Throughout my time supporting global health and development efforts, I’ve been convinced of this statement’s wisdom. Truly, our greatest asset is each other.

My processes are highly engaging and collaborative, recognizing innate gifts and cultivated strengths of everyone around the table, while also considering those without a seat. I firmly believe that we must not limit our associations with those just like us, and I work to bridge divides—through mediation techniques, restorative practices, and strengths-based approaches—to consider how we might all see the world differently. I bring together diverse voices and perspectives, understand power dynamics that influence participation, and leverage what works in a system to promote a positive, collective way forward.
